CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings for cottages
require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 30
days of the scheduled stay will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless
we are able to re-book the days of your scheduled stay. If we can
re-book, your deposit will be refunded. Check-in/out: Please plan to check-in after 3 pm EASTERN TIME, but no later than 9 pm. Check-out is no later than 10 am EASTERN TIME. All cottages have strict no smoking policies. We do not accept pets.
