Rental Rates and Seasons
View of the Cottages
The Michigan vacation getaway cottages are available for rent April through November.*
Cottages are rented only by the week for the period of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during this period. Call or email for rates for remainder of 2008
Rental rates for cottages 1 and 2:
June 13, 2009 - September 7, 2009: Weekly rental rate is $900/week** Outside of the above dates: Weekly rental rate is $700/week**
Daily rate is $135/night, with a two night minimum.**
Rental
rates for cottage 3: Outside of the above dates: Weekly rental rate is $750/week**
Daily rate is $150/night, with a two night minimum.**
Rental
rates for cottage 4: Outside of the above dates: Weekly rental rate is $900/week**
Daily rate is $175/night, with a two night minimum.**

guests are required to sign a rental agreement (see
Contract). NOTE:
Cottages 1, 2 & 4 have a limit of four occupants (families of five with small children are okay). Cottage 3 has a limit of seven occupants. Additional occupants must be discussed in advance and an additional fee will apply.
Hidden Peninsula Cottages are for the use of registered guests only. Additional visitors or day guests must be discussed and approved by Hidden Peninsula Cottages, LLC in advance.
Check in is between 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EASTERN TIME Please let us know when you expect to arrive. (email hiddenpeninsula@yahoo.com)
ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-INS PAST 9:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT IS NO LATER THAN 10:00 a.m. EASTERN TIME

**A $100 deposit will be required as a security deposit . This deposit will be refunded within one week via mail if the cottage is left clean, undamaged and smoke-free.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
