| Bookings for cottages require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled stay will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless we are able to re-book the days of your scheduled stay. If we can re-book, your deposit will be refunded. No calls/no shows and early departures are billed for the entire amount of their reservation. Check-in/out: Please plan to check-in after 3 pm EASTERN TIME, but no later than 9 pm Check-out: is no later than 10 am EASTERN TIME All cottages have strict no smoking policies.
